What We Do

All of our soups are made in our kitchens at Appleby by Jeremy and his team.  We make them in small batches to help maintain the standard that our customers have come to expect.  There is nothing artificial about our soups – no preservatives, additives, colourings or MSG, and nearly all are gluten free.   Every single batch is tasted by Jeremy who won't let any soup leave his kitchen until he is completely satisfied with it. 

As we use a low salt vegetable stock and very little other salt in our soups, you may find it necessary to add extra salt & pepper. 

Our soups have a 14 day shelf life, so will keep in the fridge until the use by date.  They can also be frozen at home for scoffing later.

The soups are available in four different sizes – 300g, 600g, 2.5kg and 5kg.
