Making a purchase
You can purchase our products online with payment via PayPal, or by requesting a mail order form. We do not keep or have access to any of your credit/debit card details, as all transactions are processed by PayPal.
Delivery Arrangements
Please note we can only deliver to the UK mainland. Deliveries are made by courier.
We aim to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days of your order. We can only deliver to you on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays, due to the very fresh nature of our soup, and the fact that we only make our soup to order, ie we do not carry supplies in stock.
For orders received before 9.30am on a Monday, we aim to deliver to you by the following Wednesday. Orders before 9.30am on a Tuesday will be delivered by the following Thursday, and orders received before 9.30am on a Wednesday will be delivered by the following Friday. You may also request a specific delivery day by using our 'contact us' ( info@jeremyssoups.co.uk) facility on our website.
If no-one is going to be in on the day of delivery, please contact us to arrange alternative delivery arrangements. You can give us instructions to arrange where to leave your parcel, ie on the step, or in the garage, with next door neighbour (but not an alternative address). The carrier will leave a card for you if your order has been left as instructed.
Please make sure you give the correct address and postcode for delivery. If you have any concerns about your delivery, ie it has not arrived when you were expecting it, please contact us as soon as possible. Jeremy's Soups Ltd. cannot be held responsible for deliveries which are undelivered or mis-routed due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by you.
Substitutions
On very rare occasions it may be necessary for us to substitute one flavour of soup for another. If this happens we will contact you to make sure you are happy with this.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We regret your order may not be cancelled once it has been dispatched.
Shipping and Handling
All delivery costs are included in the price and are zero rated for VAT.
